IntegPartner announces that Christer Svärd has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer. He succeeds Helena Söderström, who, after six successful years in the role, is handing over leadership.
Christer Svärd brings more than 30 years of experience in leading and developing both global organizations and entrepreneurial companies. Most recently, he has worked as a consultant focusing on leadership development, organizational design, and strategy, helping organizations drive sustainable change and achieve long-term results.
His leadership is characterized by a strong focus on culture, collaboration, and turning ideas into tangible impact.
