Experienced Consultant, Advisor, and Coach 

Our goal is to provide you with a highly experienced mentor, advisor, and coach – a consultant who can also handle smaller tasks as needed. 

All packages include: 

• Access to an Integ Partner resource as a consultant and coach 

• Access to Integ Partner’s extensive network of expertise 

• Access to Integ Partner’s comprehensive web toolkit 

Packages are available in three different sizes (hours per month): 

• Small: 10 hours 

• Medium: 20 hours 

• Large: 40 hours 

Each package consists of two parts: 

An Advisory and Consultation Component 

The client and consultant meet in a prepared video or in-person meeting. Coaching and advice can also be provided to other individuals within the organization. Meetings also include preparatory work and follow-up. 

Preparatory work may include preparing presentations, exercises, agendas, questions, templates, seeking advice from other Integ Partners, finding valuable information, or involving and inviting expertise better suited for the purpose. 

Follow-up may involve documenting the meeting, initiating necessary actions, or finding answers to new questions raised during the session. 

Consulting Services 

Examples of consulting services included in the package: 

• Analyses, interviews, preliminary studies, etc. 

• Lectures, discussions, and practical training 

• Developing useful methods and tools 

• Suggesting solutions such as metrics, organizational structure, meeting formats, etc. 

• Facilitating workshops, dialogues, and meetings 

• Providing feedback on presentations, etc. 

• Preparation for presentations, feedback on practice sessions, etc.

Resources 

Integ Partner’s delivery organization is adapted to meet the client’s needs. The best-suited individual to deliver services depends on the needs, situation, capabilities, and people involved in the assignment. 

If additional resources or expertise are required, we will discuss this with you and adjust the delivery as needed. 

Structure 

The assignment is set up as a monthly package with a start and end date. If no other agreement is made, the assignment is extended monthly with one month’s notice period. 

For longer assignments, the structure, scope, value, and package size are regularly evaluated, and adjustments are discussed and decided upon together. 

Worked time includes client time plus preparation and follow-up.
