Modern leadership is essential for integrating an organization between management and employees and throughout the workflow, for everyone to pull in the same direction.<br><\/strong><br>For an investment in leader development to generate value, our experience shows that:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It should be directly applicable in daily work and create measurable, sustainable results over time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It should take a leader all the way from lack of knowledge to establishing a new habit, a new way of acting that feels natural.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It should provide leaders and employees with a shared language and a shared way-of-being, for peer-to-peer development to continue in everyday work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote has-regular-font-size is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cA modern leadership approach is essential for integrating an organization horizontally and vertically, for everyone \u2013 managers and employees alike \u2013 to pull in the same direction\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>We customize leader development at the individual, group, and employee levels with the goal of enhancing personal leadership skills and collective capability within the organization. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Components include communication and collaboration, clarity and articulation, building effective, strong teams strengthened by diversity, and fostering engaged, responsible individuals<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our approach blends various learning methods, or hybrid pedagogy, to create different effects that collectively bring greater value. Developmental Leadership is based on the \u201cTransformational Leadership\u201d model, characterized by mutual influence with open dialogue, relationship-building, and presence, focusing on long-term sustainability.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Developmental Leadership concept includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A feedback assessment form (ULL) for personal feedback.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A theoretical model.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A method for personal leader development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You receive a certificate upon completion of the UL training.
